Maddie is from Caramel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree in International Studies from Indiana University - Bloominton. She is on staff for the Journal of Legislation.

During her summers she had a Judicial Externship. Her favorite hobbies include traveling to new places and baking. Maddie has studied abroad three times in Mexico, Argentina, and Spain.
