Ruby Borja

Ruby Borja is from Moore, Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma, where she majored in political science and minored in Spanish and constitutional studies. At NDLS, Ruby is a Brief Writer for the Moot Court Board and part of the Exoneration Justice Clinic.
